Not at all! While there are examples and workflows designed with midwifery and birth centers in mind, OB/GYN teams, maternity billers, coders, practice managers, and consultants can benefit from the course too.
Do I need prior E/M coding experience?
You don’t need an advanced E/M background to get started. We’ll build from the foundations and connect them to maternity care. If you’re already an experienced biller or coder, the maternity-specific examples can help you build on what you know.
Is the course live?
It’s fully self-paced! Once the course opens, you can fit lessons around your schedule, pause when you need to, and return for a refresher throughout your access period. There are no live sessions to schedule around.
